As Web3 and artificial intelligence continue to converge and reshape the global digital economy, leaders from Asia-Pacific and Silicon Valley will gather in Hong Kong for the Consensus Asia-Pacific & Silicon Valley: Decentralized Intelligence Summit.
Co-hosted by Starlabs Consulting, the event will take place on Wednesday, February 12, 2026, from 09:00 to 12:05 at Cyberport 3, Core E, Level 3, Function Rooms 1–3.
Under the theme “Bridging Hong Kong and Silicon Valley: Where East Meets West in Web3 Innovation,” the summit aims to connect two of the world’s most dynamic innovation ecosystems and foster collaboration across capital, technology, and real-world applications. Discussions will focus on three core areas: Crypto Finance, AI Applications, and the Evolution of Web3.0.
The event will feature a video address by legendary Silicon Valley investor Tim Draper, followed by keynote speeches from leading industry figures including Feng Xiao, President of HashKey Group; Sy Noel Chan, BD Director of Consensys APAC; Chris Joannou, VP of Venture Ecosystem at Draper University; and Jianing Yu, President of Uweb.
Three roundtable sessions will bring together founders and executives from Web3, AI, and blockchain infrastructure companies to explore the future of decentralized finance, the drivers behind AI’s rapid adoption, and the structural differences between Web3 and Web2.0. Participating organizations include NEXUS, AllScale, AXCLabs, PrimeX, HKbitEX, Blockstream, DAT, CraftPunk, TradeOS, BlackPearl Wallet, RealID, and FinTax.
Following the summit, a dedicated networking session will provide opportunities for entrepreneurs, investors, and industry leaders to connect and explore potential collaborations.
As Web3 and AI move from emerging concepts to foundational technologies, the Decentralized Intelligence Summit seeks to serve as a bridge between East and West, linking Hong Kong’s institutional strength with Silicon Valley’s venture-driven innovation.
